Use of this website and its sub-sites are offered to you on your acceptance of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access or use our currency information, services, classifieds or website.
1. The posting of your ad in the Classifieds constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Classifieds Terms of Use besides the General Terms and Conditions of Use. ZiggysServices.com reserves the right to update or modify the Classifieds Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Website following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Classifieds Terms of Use as changed.
2. By posting an ad in the Classifieds, you agree that the ad is legal, decent, honest and truthful; that you will be solely responsible for its content; and that you are legally able to sell any item(s) you list for sale.
3. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot post any ad without the consent of your parent or guardian.
4. ZiggysServices.com is not a party to any transaction that may take place, and shall not be responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from any posting. By using the Classifieds, you agree to accept all risks of the transaction and agree that ZiggysServices.com is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users of the Classifieds.
5. You agree to indemnify ZiggysServices.com and hold ZiggysServices.com harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of your advertisement, whether such claims are well-grounded or not.
6. ZiggysServices.com will not monitor every posting. If ZiggysServices.com receives notice, pursuant to of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, alleging that material posted by you is infringing third parties' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or if ZiggysServices.com reasonably suspects that your use of the Classifieds violates ZiggysServices.com or third parties' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, the infringing material will be expeditiously removed from the Website.
Further, if ZiggysServices.com receives notice that a posting is objectionable, ZiggysServices.com will remove the objectionable material if ZiggysServices.com deems removal is warranted. ZiggysServices.com reserves the right to remove (or not) any posting for any (or no) reason whatsoever.
ZiggysServices.com may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Members section with or without notice to you, and ZiggysServices.com may also elect to terminate your membership if it suspects that you have engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the Classifieds.
Advertisement Restrictions
ZiggysServices.com prohibits the advertising of any item that is illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation. It is your responsibility to post only legal goods and services and you must make sure that what you post on ZiggysServices.com is legal and conforms to all the legal requirements of your local, state, provincial, federal or foreign law and regulations. Items prohibited or restricted for posting on ZiggysServices.com include but are not limited to:
- Copyright or Trademark-Sensitive Goods
- Counterfeit or Knock-Off Goods (including currency and stamps)
- Fireworks, Explosives, and Hazardous Materials
- Hacking/Surveillance/Interception/Descrambling Equipment
- Human Parts, Bodily Fluids and Human Remains
- Goods Made From Protected Animal/Plant Species
- Illegal Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, Steroids, and Other Controlled Substances
- Offensive Material (items that promote hatred, violence, racism, or intolerance)
- Stolen Property or Items Used For Theft
- Weapons and Ammunition
- The sale of alcohol to persons not of lawful age
- The sale of tobacco products to persons not of lawful age
You may not list any adult-oriented products or services in categories outside of the designated area for mature audience classifieds.
